If the item is in stock, we will send you an invoice with payment details. The item(s) will be shipped as soon as the payment has been received.
If a product is not in stock, we will let you know how long it will take. You will only receive an invoice if we have the product in stock.

Shipping usually takes place within 1-3 workdays.

You always get to choose the shipping method, although we advise insured shipping in all cases. We ship using TNT International. The shipping costs will be added to your invoice.

For parcels, TNT has 3 different rates depending on the country and relative distance to the Netherlands. I'm listing the lowest and highest prices.

• parcels 2 - 5 kg: € 20,80 to € 27,60 (insured)
• parcels 5 - 10 kg: € 26,30 to € 33,60 (insured)

Outside Europe:

• T-shirts & CDs (0.25 - 0.5 kg): € 10,45 (not insured)
• T-shirts & CDs (0 - 0.5 kg): € 16,15 (insured)

Thierrys Theremin modules will be shipped insured, unles you specifically choose not to. The risk is yours.

When shipping insured, you will receive the nesseccary information to follow your parcel using the TNT track & trace system.

We cannot trace all deliveries ourselves. TNT shipping is usually quite fast. T-shirts that are not in stock, as well as items like the Moog Guitar, Taurus III and Minimoog Voyager may have to be shipped from the USA, which can take up to 3 months.

We try to keep the information on the website as accurate as possible. All information, prices and availability is subject to change.

• We do our utmost best to get you the best theremin ever. If anything goes wrong during normal use in the first year we will repair it without costs (shipping excluded). The 2 years after that you only pay for parts and shipping.

Concerning Thierry Frenkels Theremin Modules

• Theremin.nl offers a 1 year full warranty to all parts and work. Only additional shipping costs will be charged if repair or replacement is required.
• All modules will be tested before being packed and shipped.
